It’s My Money provides an excellent introduction to teaching teens the basics of financial literacy. The brief chapters discuss the principles of banking, earning, managing and investing money. Every day financial scenarios and thought-provoking questions are also provided to engage the reader throughout the book.
Managing personal finances is an ongoing process and this book provides our youth with a much-needed headstart to a lifelong journey of financial responsibility and success.

This year I worked my first real job so this was the perfect time for me to read this book. My parents didn't really tell me much about what to do with my check once I got it, which is why most kids usually end up spending all of their money as soon as it touches their hands. This book has great questions and worksheets to help you plan and think about how you should manage your money. The questionnaires and the stories help you really put yourself in the book and make the best decisions with your money. I think this is a great book for young adults starting their first job or anyone who is in need of a book that gives you basic information to help you understand how to manage your money.

What a great book that simplifies financial education.
Not worth for me
Coming from a long line of educators, I feel this book is excellent for young adults to teach them financially responsibility. This book would be a great part of any middle or high school curriculum.
